At the time of filming this I was in a very dark place, though my struggle pales in comparison to what Mika Ashraf has bee battling for years. However, as with most things in life when certain truths aren't confronted they end up coming to a head and that's what happened. All of a sudden I was confronted with the weight of my soul-crushing new job and Mika Ashraf's social media revelation. Abuse of any kind is like disease, if not addressed, corrected and confronted it festers and magnifies into something altogether monstrous. Through this conversation and vlog, we explore how vital it is to love oneself. Love oneself enough to leave a toxic environment/relationship, love oneself enough to now that you deserve more and love oneself enough to know YOU ARE ENOUGH.
